Cultural and Elders Skaabe Ikwe/Iskwew Coordinator
Clan Mothers Healing Village is seeking a Cultural & Elders Skaabe Ikwe/Iskwew Coordinator to support the care of our Elders and coordinate our seasonal ceremonies and cultural gatherings. This full-time role combines hands-on ceremonial support with strong administrative coordination, helping ensure that ceremonies, gatherings, and programs are organized thoughtfully and carried out with care and respect.
Working between our Winnipeg office and the Healing Village in Belair, the Coordinator manages logistics, schedules, and communications that help ceremonies and community events run smoothly. We are seeking an Indigenous woman or 2Spirit person who is organized, passionate, and committed to supporting Elders and cultural continuity through careful coordination and attention to detail.

Clan Mothers Turtle Lodge is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of our communications across digital and print platforms. This role plays an important part in sharing the work of the Clan Mothers Healing Village & Knowledge Centre by transforming our stories and messaging into clear, engaging, and culturally grounded content.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help ensure that our communications reflect our teachings, values, and matriarchal governance model. This is a hands-on role focused on creating, coordinating, and delivering communications that are informative, educational, inspiring and aligned with our vision.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and detail-oriented, and who takes pride in producing high-quality work that supports community and culture.
CARPENTRY PROGRAM SUPPORT
Clan Mothers Turtle Lodge is seeking a Carpentry Program Support to support the day-to-day delivery of our 10-month Carpentry Training Program. This role plays a central part in creating a stable, supportive, and culturally grounded environment where participants can focus on both healing and skills development.
Working closely with program staff you will help ensure that participants are supported holistically through coordinated programming, daily care, and strong relational support. This is a hands-on role that brings together logistics, advocacy, and trauma-informed care.
LEAD CARPENTRY TRAINER
Clan Mothers Turtle Lodge is seeking a Lead Carpentry Trainer to serve as the Technical Production Lead for our 10-month Carpentry Training Program. This role is responsible for the technical instruction of youth, leading the build project at Belair and providing “Train the Trainer” mentorship for Mother Earth Construction (MEC) Peer Leads.
Working in a trauma-informed environment, you will translate carpentry concepts into engaging and accessible curriculum while maintaining emotional and physical safety for all participants. This position is ideal for a seasoned carpenter and mentor who is committed to matrilineal governance and community-driven healing.
Director of village operations
Clan Mothers Turtle Lodge is seeking a Director of Village Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clan Mothers Healing Village & Knowledge Centre in Belair, Manitoba.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all facilities, property, maintenance, and food services are operating effectively, safely, and in alignment with our cultural values and compliant to all regulations. You will play a key leadership role in maintaining a space that supports healing, ceremony, and community wellbeing.
