Alternate revenue generation options will be developed, with the focus on generating as much revenue as possible to assist with covering operating costs. New revenue generators are being considered all of the time.
Clan Mothers understands the need for the social enterprises arm of the organization to be managed separately from the healing component of the Village. The inherent skills, experiences, and focus required to take small, yet promising business concepts from fledgling to burgeoning, are very different ones than the skills required to operate the healing component successfully.
The social enterprise entities and the healing component will work in synergy, but will be managed and governed differently.
